I am an artist from Raleigh, NC, who gives voice to all things off-putting. My art has always been a vehicle for expressing general and personal struggle and vulnerability.

 

I am inspired by both destructive and tranquil themes, which often intermingle in my works. As a lover of animals and the natural world, I enjoy exploring the psychological madness of how we personify and commodify them. My primary intention as an artist is to become aquanted with the difficult, uncomfortable corners of our inner worlds, in an attempt to connect more intimately with ourselves.
