HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping should take a maximum of 2 weeks to arrive after purchase (usually faster). I prepare and ship all prints myself with USPS First Class mail, which, according to USPS.com, can arrive in approximately 1-3 business days for USA orders. International shipping time may vary based on the location.
WHAT IS THE RETURN/REFUND POLICY?
For Prints -If the product is damaged during the shipping process, I would be happy to send you a replacement print! Please send a picture of the broken packaging and print to laurapotts1@icloud.com, along with a brief explanation.

For Commissions - Since commissioned pieces are one of a kind and cannot be replaced, I am unable to offer refunds or replacements if arrived damaged. All commission sales are final, however, if you are unsatisfied with the final product before the final payment, I would be happy to apply your initial 50% deposit to another commission by me!
